Description
A permanent vacancy exists for an experienced Instructional Designer with our leading e-Learning company, based in Bath.
You will be engaged in the design and development of e-Learning courses, working with clients, graphics artists and Flash developers to create innovative and highly engaging solutions. You will have an excellent knowledge of how learning works, demonstrating the ability to match content to different individual and organisational needs and styles.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of as many as 8 individual projects, at various stages in development, which will require you to be highly organised at managing your time and the interfaces with other members of the team, as well as being an excellent verbal and written communicator. You will have the ability to be creative whilst working to strict deadlines.
You will be adept in the use of standard Microsoft products, and will have a sound understanding of core e-Learning technologies such as Flash, HTML, SCORM and Learning Management Systems. You may have experience with content development tools such as Articulate, Captivate and Camtasia.
You will be able to offer a portfolio of work and expertise that demonstrates not less than 2 years of relevant experience and an ability to develop your skills further.
