Description

Senior Supervisor Program Evaluation - 7 years in an industrial training environment. Experience in training and coaching is essential. A SAP HCM super user with 3 years experience in TEM. Experience in providing support to system users is essential plus good communication skills.

Supervisor e-Learning Development - Competent in applying e-learning authoring tools and performance support development such as (Adobe Flash CS3, Action Scirpt 3, Director, Authorware, Captivate 3, Breeze, Flex Builder, 3DS Max, Dreamweaver and Photoshop or similar tools). Experience with Learning Management System (IBM, SAP, LSO). Expereince with AICC and SCORM specifications and their role within e-learning.
