Requirements:
A growing and successful new-media company in London is looking for a proactive self-starter to support the UK office. Due to success in Europe, the company is growing. You will be working with a small, but busy production team as part of an educational media agency.
Working alongside the team: Content writers, Account Managers and Business development and liaising with remote teams in the US and India, you will be expected to handle the day to day running of the office and projects.
Personality is key; you must be a team player with excellent communication skills, and a good sense of humour!

Previous office experience and/or basic website/new media production experience would be beneficial.
Key production responsibilities: (50%)
These include the following:
- Supporting video shoots on the day and pre-production
- Client facing on certain project aspects
- Ensuring product deliveries go through to completion successfully
- Handling/arranging couriers, CD/DVD suppliers
- Production management of various vendors and project threads
- Quality championing and assurance support on deliveries of websites, videos, interactive media
Key Administration/Finance related responsibilities: (50%)
These include the following:
- Support invoicing process
- Financial reporting including payables and receivables
- Liaising with finance departments and accountants in US, UK and India
- Preparing travel arrangements and supporting the team’s travel schedules
- Assisting with file management
- General office management, stationary ordering etc. inc. post handling, facilities administration
Key skills:
These include the following:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Fluent in MS Office, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English (must be native speaker or equivalent)
- Strong organisation skills with a proven ability to handle multiple project threads at once
- Ability to identify and solve problems in a positive result focussed manner
